Brock Functional Inclusive Training Centre

Accessibility and inclusion are important aspects of Brock University. The University uses an inclusive lens while it creates and redevelops environments which is for all people to learn, work, lead and enjoy.

The Brock Functional Inclusive Training Centre (BFIT) is currently open at our facility with operational hours as follows:
Monday-Friday 7:30am-7:00pm
Saturday 8:00am-12pm

The BFIT centre will operate on a membership program for persons 55 years of age or older. Those who are interested in becoming a member require a doctor's note, waiver form and REHAB place.

December 24, 2025- Closing at 12pm

December 25 and 26, 2025- Closed all day

December 27, 2025- 8am-1pm

December 29 and 30, 2025- 8am-4pm

December 31, 2025- 8am- 1pm

Jan 1, 2026 – Closed all day

Regular operating hours return January 2, 2026
