The Haj-Ahmad Family Foundation, known for its generous contributions to the Niagara community is one of Canada Games park proud venue sponsors. Specifically, the organisation is the naming sponsor of the 200 meter suspended indoor track and the north entrance to the Walker Sports and Abilities Centre.
The 200-meter indoor track overlooks the multipurpose field house and is filled with a tremendous amount of natural light. With the intention of inspiring, attracting and motivating walkers and runners of all ages and abilities, the track is a highlight of the facility.
CEO and President of Norgen Biotek Corp, Yousef Haj-Ahmad expanded on their donation by saying "Our family is deeply rooted in the Niagara Region and we are proud of the growth we have seen in the community. We are delighted we can make a contribution to the Canada Games Park-- a facility that the community can enjoy for years to come".
