Canada Games Park allocates three main facility areas, the Canadian Tire Gymnasium, indoor Haj Ahmad Family Foundation Track, and the six Olympic sized beach volleyball courts.
Facility allocation periods run during a seasonal-need basis and are intended for athletic or recreational groups looking for long term rentals or day long events.
User groups who are interested in renting space must complete the form attached, associated with their respective time period (listed below) with their rental requests. Further questions prior to completing the form can be sent to

Please note facility space allocations will be conducted in accordance with Canada Games Park – Allocation Priorities. All forms with due dates will be posted to this webpage and communicated on our social platforms.
Canada Games Park reserves the right to reject or decline any application which are incomplete or incorrectly filled out. Canada Games Park retains your data for the purpose of contacting you regarding your rental or billing. We will not share or sell the information to any third party. It is strictly for office use only.
